ARENDELLE - WORLD OF FROZEN

Arendelle-panoramic art concept-HR.webp

Arendelle is a fictional kingdom featured in Disney's Frozen franchise. It is depicted as a Norwegian-inspired land, known for its stunning fjords and charming villages. The kingdom serves as the setting for the stories of Elsa and Anna, the central characters of the Frozen movies.

The name "Arendelle" may be derived from the Old Norse words "ørn" (eagle) and "dalr" (valley), translating to "Valley of the Eagles". While fictional, Arendelle's design is influenced by real Norwegian locations like Bergen, Arendal, and Nærøyfjord.

"World of Frozen" opened at Hong Kong Disneyland on November 20, 2023. It's the world's first and largest Frozen-themed land, recreating the kingdom of Arendelle from the popular Disney movies. Guests can experience familiar scenes, characters, and music from the films, as well as enjoy new attractions and immersive experiences.
